The Buyer's Round

Reading the course before you tee off.

Buying a home is a lot like playing a new golf course. The better prepared you are before the first swing, the smoother the round becomes. My job as your Real Estate Caddie is to help you navigate each shot with confidence.

Step 1: Book Your Tee Time

Before every great round comes a tee time.

Before we begin touring homes, we'll connect with a trusted lender and secure your pre-approval. Knowing your budget before stepping onto the course allows us to play confidently when the right opportunity presents itself.

Step 2: Check Your Yardage Book

Great golfers don't guess—they prepare.

Every course demands a different strategy. We'll define your goals, establish your budget, and determine which "clubs" make the most sense for your journey. Just because you can hit driver doesn't mean you should on every hole.

This is where we build a game plan before emotions ever enter the picture.

Step 3: Trust Your Caddie

The course has a way of testing your discipline.

Once we begin touring homes, it's easy to become emotional. A beautiful kitchen, a mountain view, or fear of missing out can tempt you away from the strategy we established together.

A good caddie keeps you focused on the round—not just the shot in front of you.

My job is to help you stay committed to the plan and avoid costly mistakes.

Step 4: Play the Right Club

Every shot requires a different club.

The same is true when writing an offer.

There's no universal number that wins every home. Every property, every seller, and every market is different. My role is to evaluate the conditions and help determine an offer that gives you the strongest chance of success while protecting your interests.

Sometimes that means being aggressive.

Sometimes it means laying up.

The key is making the right decision for the shot in front of us.

Step 5: Finish the Round

Championships aren't won on the first tee.

From inspections and appraisals to final walkthroughs and closing day, we'll navigate each step together. Buying a home takes patience, trust, and a steady approach.

By the time we reach the 18th green, the goal isn't just getting the keys.

It's knowing we played the course the right way.
