Selling Your Home

Preparing for Championship Sunday

Selling your home isn't about hitting one perfect shot. It's about managing eighteen holes with discipline, patience, and the right strategy. My role as your Real Estate Caddie is to help you navigate every decision so we can finish with the strongest result possible.

Step 1: Scout the Course

Before a tournament begins, professionals study the course.

Before we ever put a sign in your yard, we'll evaluate your home, the competition, current market conditions, and buyer demand.

The best strategy starts long before the first showing.

Step 2: Build Your Game Plan

Every course rewards a different style of play.

Some markets reward aggressive pricing.

Others reward patience.

We'll determine the pricing strategy, marketing plan, timeline, and presentation that gives your home the greatest opportunity to perform.

Just because your neighbor sold a certain way doesn't mean that's the right strategy for your home.

Step 3: Tee It Up

You only get one first impression.

From professional photography and marketing to launching your listing, everything is designed to generate attention from the right buyers at the right time.

When it's time to tee off, we want your home positioned for success.

Step 4: Read the Green

This is where emotions can take over.

Offers rarely arrive exactly how we imagined.

Some buyers negotiate aggressively.

Others include unique terms.

My job is to read the situation objectively—evaluating price, contingencies, financing, timelines, and overall strength—so we can make the best decision for your goals.

Just because an offer isn't perfect doesn't mean it isn't worth considering.

Step 5: Finish Strong

The tournament isn't over until the final putt drops.

Once we're under contract, inspections, appraisals, financing, and closing all need to come together.

I'll help anticipate obstacles, communicate proactively, and keep everything moving toward a successful closing.

The goal isn't simply accepting an offer.

It's getting to the closing table with confidence.

Closing: Every Shot Matters

Selling a home is a series of decisions—not one single moment.

With the right preparation, a clear strategy, and someone helping you read the course along the way, you'll be in the best position to finish strong.
